24/7 On-Call Program
Quality Equipment recognizes that providing excellent customer support is critical to our customers. As a result, we have implemented an “on-call” program for our Parts and Service Departments. This program is designed to provide customer support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for our agricultural, commercial mowing, and commercial worksite customers. Our goal is to minimize machine downtime, regardless of when it occurs.
Quality Equipment divides our nine dealership locations into four geographic zones. Each zone is responsible for having one Parts Department and one Service Department employee on-call at all times.

Our on-call program is designed to provide customer support outside of the dealership's standard working hours. Therefore, the on-call program is designed for special trips made to the dealership after 5:30pm on weekdays, after Noon on Saturdays, and all day on Sunday.
There will be a $35 trip fee, plus the price of the parts purchased, for using the on-call Parts program. Quality Equipment employees are able to check in-stock parts availability from home prior to making a special trip to the dealership to save time and money for our customers.
