24/7 On-Call Program
Quality Equipment recognizes that providing excellent customer support is critical to our customers. As a result, we have implemented an on-call program for our Parts and Service Departments. This program is designed to provide customer support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for our agricultural, commercial mowing, and commercial worksite customers. Our goal is to minimize machine downtime, regardless of when it occurs.
Quality Equipment divides our nine dealership locations into four geographic zones. Each zone is responsible for having one Parts Department and one Service Department employee on-call at all times.

Our on-call program is designed to provide customer support outside of the dealerships standard working hours. Therefore, the on-call program applies to Service Department calls made on the weekends, and after 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Labor performed as part of the on-call program will be billed at $85.00/hr (2 hour minimum charge) plus mileage.
