It’s our goal to minimize machine downtime, no matter when it occurs. That’s why we offer an On Call Program for Parts and Service, supporting your needs 24 / 7.
Quality Equipment divides our 14 dealership locations into 5 geographic zones. Each zone maintains on-call Parts and Service support after 5:30 on weekdays and after 12 pm on Saturdays and all day Sunday. We’re prepared to help you succeed no matter what time of day or night.
On-Call Parts Program Fee
We charge a $35 trip fee plus the price of parts purchased. Our staff will check in-stock parts availability from home prior to making a special trip to the dealership, saving you time and money.
On-Call Service Fee
Customers will be billed at $110 per hour (2 hour minimum) plus mileage if applicable for on-call after-hours service.
