How do I apply for a military discount?
Thank you for your service! For more information on discounts, visit our John Deere Rewards page. John Deere offers a military service program with a John Deere Rewards Membership. Once you are registered and ready to purchase equipment, simply visit your nearest Quality Equipment store and provide your Rewards # (or Buy Online).


Do you sharpen lawn mower blades?
Yes! We sharpen blades, or replace them, if needed.


Do you carry parts from other brands?
We only carry parts from John Deere and A&I.


How do I find the Owner's Manual for my John Deere equipment?

Do you rent equipment?
No, at this time, we cannot rent out any equipment. Please ask your local sales representative about our commercial loaner program.


Are you hiring?
Yes! Please visit our Careers page. You may view all of our open positions, and apply, through our Careers Portal. You may also be interested in learning about our JD Tech Program. We do not typically offer internships outside of the JD Tech Program, but you may inquire at your nearest Quality Equipment location, if interested.


How do I request a corporate donation?
For corporate donations and sponsorships, or to request that Quality Equipment participate in an event, please fill out our Donation Request Form at least 30 days before any deadlines.


What are your COVID-19 policies?
Quality Equipment is open for online and in-person shopping at all of our branches, operating in compliance with current state and local regulations. Read more details about Our COVID Response »


Does Quality Equipment have a newsletter?

Can I buy John Deere merchandise online?
No, unfortunately, Quality Equipment currently does not sell John Deere merchandise through our online parts store. If you'd like to inquire about hats, attire, toys, or other licensed merchandise, please contact the Parts Department at your nearest Quality Equipment location »


Can I buy parts online?
Yes! If you'd like to buy parts from Quality Equipment online, you have two options:

  • Quality Equipment Online Parts Store »
    Our online parts store displays the common parts that all of our 29 locations typically have in stock. You can order these parts online and have them delivered to your front door.
  • Dealer Customer Portal »
    Our Customer Portal is another way to order parts online. There, you can place your order, pay online, and when your parts are ready, you can pick them up at your nearest Quality Equipment location -- no standing in line! Through our customer portal, you can also view and print invoices, keep a parts locker, shop for equipment and more! 

Do you sell used equipment?

Yes! Used Equipment inventory has been smaller in the past year or so, due to supply constraints and high customer demand. Please shop for Used Equipment to see what we have in stock.


Does Quality Equipment pick up and deliver equipment?

Yes! Quality Equipment offers pick up and delivery for equipment that needs servicing. The cost will depend on the equipment and the distance from our store. Please contact the Service Department at your nearest Quality Equipment location for a quote.

You may also Request Service Online » If you do, please make sure to mention that you need your equipment picked up.

You may also consider one of our Quality Assurance Maintenance Programs. With these agreements, you get annual service, as well as free pickup and delivery within 25 miles* or half-priced delivery if you live outside a 25-mile radius*. Current plans expire 31 December 2022.


Can I finance new equipment?

Yes! Quality Equipment works with John Deere Financial to help customers finance new equipment.

Once you apply online, our Internet Sales Coordinator will receive the application result via email, and will contact you to continue to selling process.

Quality Equipment employees do not see anyone's credit score, nor do they know what is required from John Deere Financial to be approved.

Do you service other brands?

Yes! Quality Equipment can service John Deere and our allied brands. We may be able to service other brands, but it would depend on shop staff and our ability to acquire the parts you need. If you would like Quality Equipment to work on your equipment, please call the Service Department at your nearest Quality Equipment location, to see if they are capable of fixing your machine.


Do you have an annual maintenance program?

Yes! We offer multi-year Quality Assurance Maintenance Plans for compact utility tractors (1-4 Series), riding lawn equipment, commercial mowers and Gator™ Utility Vehicles. 


Do you service irrigation equipment?

Yes! Quality Equipment has one location (based in Clinton, NC) solely dedicated to selling and servicing irrigation equipment. We work with the following brands: ABI, Ashland Industries, Lindsay/Zimmatic, and Rainbow Irrigation Systems. Learn about our Power Unit and Pump Service Agreement »

Quality Equipment is open six days a week for most of the year, but will observe reduced hours during the winter months. We have the following after-hours numbers available to you (charges may apply):
